DODGE CHARGERS NOW HAVE POP-UP ADS AT EVERY STOPLIGHT… JUST WHAT NOBODY ASKED FOR

Nothing quite says “high-performance muscle car” like a popup ad for a Mopar Extended Warranty covering your whole center console.

That’s right, Dodge Charger owners are now experiencing an exciting new feature: pop-up ads that appear every time the vehicle stops at a light.

This garbage feature was spotted in the wild, where a Charger owner posted a photo of their infotainment screen absolutely hijacked by an ad for an extended warranty. Take a look:

This isn’t the first time Stellantis has pulled this sort of stunt with popup ads, either. They already tried adding pop-up ads to Jeeps, and instead of realizing what a total PR disaster that was, they’ve decided to double down and enable popup ads on Dodge vehicles, too.

Maybe because Lucid is located nearby in the East Bay, but saw 4 of them on the road today. Don't recall seeing that many before..usually more Rivians and Teslas.

Here’s Subaru’s 2nd EV they made with Toyota; the 26 Trailblazer. This one should do well.

Wagon no more. The Outback has gone full suv, for 2026.

It will also eventually get a hybrid version.

So, if you like the old wagon style; 2025 is the last year, you can do that.

Many wagon aficionados like myself would argue the Outback hasn’t been a wagon in a long time.

Used the be the plastic cladded and lifted Legacy wagon, now it’s an ugly beast and the legacy is in its final year of production.

The first driverless semis have started running regular longhaul routes

Driverless trucks are officially running their first regular long-haul routes, making roundtrips between Dallas and Houston.

On Thursday, autonomous trucking firm Aurora announced it launched commercial service in Texas under its first customers, Uber Freight and Hirschbach Motor Lines, which delivers time- and temperature-sensitive freight. Both companies conducted test runs with Aurora, including safety drivers to monitor the self-driving technology dubbed “Aurora Driver.” Aurora’s new commercial service will no longer have safety drivers.

Yea, it's always weird to me that they call it that when there are other 'more wagony' rides out there that specifically don't call themselves a wagon -Like the Toyota Crown Signia.
