Naked man arrested on Rt. 16 after crash in Dover: NH police investigate
Shawn P. Weiner Sr., a 35-year-old Somersworth resident, was arrested on Sunday after fleeing the scene of a crash, naked and disrupting highway traffic, according to New Hampshire State Police.
About 3:15 p.m. police received several reports of a man causing an interruption to traffic on Route 16 in Dover. Multiple passing drivers reported that the man was naked and running or walking within the travel lanes of the Spaulding Turnpike, according to police.
Troopers quickly located Weiner and took him into custody with the assistance of officers from the Dover Police Department, police said. Weiner was transported to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash.

Woman accused of locking naked partner on balcony, leading to him freezing to death, Japanese police say
A woman in Japan was arrested for allegedly locking her naked partner on their balcony for the night, leading to his death from the cold, police said Friday.
The 54-year-old was arrested on charges of assault and lethal confinement, police in southern Japan's Nagasaki region told the AFP news agency.
In February 2022, the woman "ordered the victim to get out on a balcony while he was naked, and confined him there," local official Masafumi Tanigawa said.
The next day police rushed to the scene after an emergency call, and the 49-year-old was found "nearly dead" in a room, Tanigawa said, adding he later died of hypothermia.
The temperature that night dropped to a low of 3.7 Celsius (38.66 Fahrenheit), the Mainichi daily reported.
The woman had earlier attacked her partner, who was her common-law husband, with a knife, leaving him with nose injuries that took two weeks to heal.
An autopsy revealed a cut wound on the man's nose, and police are investigating the possibility that the man was a victim of daily domestic violence, the Mainichi reported.

Ralph Laurent, 24, was arrested on two counts of lewdness involving a child, both class A misdemeanors; lewdness, a class B misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct, an infraction.
On Saturday, an officer with the Provo Police Department was dispatched on reports of a naked man inside of a restaurant.
One person told officers the man was "flexing muscles aggressively and following people."
Another person said the man had a gun.
Officers found the man, identified as Laurent, in the middle of South State Street, still naked.

According to police, the call came in around 5 p.m. on May 11, 2025. A witness reported a naked male inside one of the store’s outdoor tool sheds, which are typically used to show customers various storage options for purchase.
Officers arrived at the scene and began searching the line of sheds on display. It wasn’t until the fourth or fifth shed that they located the suspect, lying on his back, pants around his ankles, using an open container of Vaseline and an electronic device while allegedly masturbating.

Naked Woman Banged On My Hotel Door At 4:30 a.m.—Then She Yanked The Fire Alarm
I stayed at the Viceroy DC in Logan Circle last week. I received a lovely suite upgrade – I really like the mid-century modern decor elements.
The bathrooms are large, beds comfortable, and my only room design complaint is that the corner of the bed protrudes out beyond the mattress. I always bang my shins on these bedframes whenever a hotel does this.
The staff at this hotel is exceptionally friendly. The biggest frustration with the stay wasn’t the property’s fault at all. One morning there was banging on my hotel room door at 4:30 a.m. A naked woman was demanding into my room!
I got up and went to the door and saw her through the peep hole. And I figured there were only 2 possibilities.
1. She was trying to escape a bad situation and needed help.
2. She was very very drunk and trying to get into the wrong room.
It was number 2. I offered her a robe (she wouldn’t take it) and wasn’t interested in help. So I went back into the room.
But…. she then proceeded to pull the fire alarm. And everyone piled out front of the hotel.
