After losing out on Ben Johnson; this was probably the best Tom could do. A veteran coach in a very tough division ; is probably what they needed. Given his age, probably only a 3-4 year gig. Hopefully Pete grooms a couple of Potential successors.

Pete Carroll is a great hire for Vegas. He can still coach and he'll reset that culture.

My guess is the Cowboys hire Kellen Moore shortly after we knock out the Eagles on Sunday, but if we lose they'll probably just hire Brian Schottenheimer.

Pete has a 3 year deal with an option for a 4th year.

As expected, Jerry promoted Brian to head coach. His new puppet.

Yikes. I mean, Schott might end up being a good HC, but it kinda screams desperation by Jerruh. Is he that much better than McCarthy?

Jerry wanted a puppet and he didn’t want to spend money on a coach.

Will the Bills have a coaching opening? McDermott can’t get over the hump, Pegulas may have had enough.

Mike McCarthy will sit out 25 and try again in 26. He only had interviews with Bears and Saints. Speculation is Saints will hire Kellen Moore , whom they just interviewed but can’t hire him until after the Superbowl.
