Well, I hope this works out. Flipside is with more popular names going before and after their picks, they won't be seen by a national audience much if at all this year. So, they can just play their young roster and hopefully develop into a team that wins a lot of games in the future.Renegade7 wrote: Mon Apr 14, 2025 9:39 pmMy body is ready for the Mystics version of what the Wizards are doing right now...

I feel same way about the mystics as I do about the wizards...these franchises are not known for national recognization and that doesnt generate wins.@DCGoldPants wrote: Tue Apr 15, 2025 7:33 amWell, I hope this works out. On the other hand, wins can generate national interest...they are building teams that either one of the these prospects will break out into stars or convince a star to come here (either via trade or outright signing).
Been saying for years what Mystics did to get Delle Donne capitulated them into a contender and they eventually broke through to the top.
I jus don't have thos concern with us having a star yet, if we trust these folks that will inevitably come. I trust them now, NBA teams have commented on this (I watch a lot of out of town streams and it comes up a lot late in the season, except Boston, they have zero respect for us).
We don't know what we think...
