Will SVP (who i like quite a lot) call out Buzz Williams too? Or does Buzz avoid that wrath because he bolted his program after 6 years without getting an offer to stay? 🤔

Maybe coaches need a portal period too.

Good hire. I prefer a veteran coach with experience. Williams is somewhat familiar with the DMV area from his time at V Tech. I think he will have the program back near the top soon.

Yeah but to my knowledge Buzz never trashed Texas A&M and made comments that implied he would stay if certian conditions were met, which apparently they were, when that was never going to be the case.

I don't follow Maryland football as closely. Will Malik Washington redshirt or play as a freshman?

He's in a battle with UCLA transfer QB Justyn Martin for the starting job.

Originally it was thought that he might need a redshirt year but from various reports he looks great! :)

that is a great plan - gives Dixon some more seasoning to eventually take over once Buzz bolts somewhere in a few years
