I think they need to put a plan in place now on who will succeed Kliff. :)

Actually, I seem to remember DQ addressing this earlier in the season. I don't remember his exact words but it was something along the line of having strong assistants in place that can be promoted if someone leaves.

I do say that this staff is probably the best we've had since Gibbs 1.0

They already do. Dan constructed his staff; so that if one of them gets a new job, the replacement is already on the staff.

Pritchard is getting OC interviews and Blough is getting pass game coordinator/QB coach interviews.

Far cry from our previous assistants struggling to get any sort of meaningful work. Del Rio is coaching in France and Bienemy ran I believe the worst statistical offense in college last year.

I feel like our pipeline is getting pilfered - we may have a skeleton crew of assistants to the OC after this offseason
