Or add photo or gif as an attachment and select “Place inline”

Is there a way to change the avatar? I tried to do it but it looks like the limit is 6KB. Tiny. No image is that small.

I have updated the avatar settings to be more flexible. Let me know if that worked.

You still have to resize the image to be 120 x 120 px or smaller, there are several website that can do get for you while I figure out how to ge the boards to do it automatically.
