Seems like it was an attack of opportunity… not very well planned out.

Yeah I am interested to see what the intent/ideology was of the driver.

At the end of the day violence and hatred permeates throughout humanity once again. Disgusting.

So difficult to prevent stuff like this. Gun control is one thing, preventing people from owning vehicles is another.

Yeah he was clearly ready for battle. He shot two cops. Guessing the cops shot him dead.

Saw a picture on Reddit that showed a flag on the back of the truck. Some are speculating it is ISIS related, but not confirmed. My gut reaction when first hearing about this was that it was Islamic extremism related.

If its ISIS related, I wonder what the motive was. Do they want suck the US back into Syria?

Waking up to this and knowing people who were out trying to have a good time for the new year, as fifteen people sadly didn't know it would be their last day on this earth, of their lives.

Glad that this and the Las Vegas terrorist attack don’t appear to be related… both guys in the military but other than that it seems unlikely as thier ideologies appear to be very different.
