The nfl approved allowing one player from each team to appear in the 28 Olympics; for flag football.
So, who will be our future Olympian? It’s only 3 years away.

Hopefully none but methinks Daniels will be THE choice for the NFL. For one, he'll be hitting his prime in three years, while guys like Mahomes and Jackson are likely gonna be on the downswing. He's also from LA so it would be huge from a storyline perspective.
If it were up to me none of them would play. Sorry I'm not risking any of my guys I'm paying millions to to compete in a sport where we should win even if we sent D2 college players.

JD5 also grew up playing flag and credits it for his shiftiness.

I'm not on board with the who flag football thing. Even with it being flag football, the risk is not worth the reward. I can't help but think of this.
In 1998, Robert Edwards, a New England Patriots rookie, suffered a serious knee injury while playing in a beach flag football game in Hawaii during Pro Bowl week. The game, known as the "Rookie Beach Bowl," was a pre-Pro Bowl event, and Edwards' injury occurred when he landed awkwardly in the sand. The injury was significant, leading to a season-ending injury and a potentially career-altering setback.

Playing flag football on sand is stupid to begin with

The nfl agreed to this because it is a huge free marketing event to broaden the market internationally so risk of injury or not, this is good for business.

I agree. Playing flag football in sand was a dumb idea. But I also think it's dumb to have NFL players play flag football in the Olympics. Let Dak or Hurts QB the team.
