Sometimes I have a hard time logging in and entering the same password and captcha multiple times. Anyone else?

Not that I've heard, but this platform is rudimentary and has had a few glitches. We'll follow up on this report @SWIM and see if we get any others.

We are working on improving all aspects of this site as fast as we possibly can, so everyone who reads this, hang in there. 🙂

I hadn’t had too many problems but let me know if this is an ongoing issue. Make sure the keep me logged in box is checked.

Last few days the site logs me out every time even though I check the 'remember me' box.

The 'remember me' is for username and password, if I am not mistaken. It does the same for me on my laptop only. I use Chrome. But, interestingly I have Firefox on my Android phone and that never logs me out. I will try this on Firefox on the laptop and get back to you on that.

@Jumbo so my testing is now complete. Chrome kicks you out after a while. Firefox doesn't even if you close the tab and you go back to escomm it logs you right in. :)

So far it seems like it. I haven't tried Edge yet. That will be next. It has now been days and still not kicked out of Firefox yet.

Also, are people getting the email if they forgot the password? I know I didn't after I had to replace my laptop (that was about 2 months ago). But finally remembered what it was so I was able to log back in and made sure it was saved this time in the browser's password vault.

@SWIM Okay Edge is good too. Looks like I did use Edge a long time ago and it logged me in right away even though I hadn't used in a while. So, Chrome is the only one that kicks you out after a day or two due to inactivity.

I know Google AdWords is changing conversion tracking because browsers are supposedly trying rid of cookies in a few years; I wonder if it is related to that…. Also I’m sorry you had to use Edge.
