What are you cooking today?

Just pulled a 5 lb pork loin I cured for a week and a half and smoked for four hours. I throw it on my slicer and have ham that blows away store bought for a fraction.

Made some wings and some bacon wrapped shrimp. Appetizers for dinner. :D
