American University men’s basketball team took down Navy 74-52 in the Patriot League championship game at Bender Arena.

For the first time in 11 years, the Eagles are headed to the NCAA tournament.

I'm happy that they even made the tourney. Losing 2 of your top 3 players early on to injury, with a new coach, coming off a 9-23 season, and with a team constructed of 9 transfers.

DeVries has done a heck of a job to get them to 19-13.
