I was so angry we gave Colorado State an open 3. But then Queen called game!!!!!!

Gillespie had a horrible game but had a clutch 3 with about 4 minutes left. And Reese's practice paid off at the foul line!!!

Best win in quite some time.

Yeah this one will be remembered for a long time. What a great win and a really good season regardless of what happens next. Not sure I remember a freshman big getting the last shot with 3 seconds left. Dumbass announcer out of the final timeout thought MD had to bring the ball all the way up the court as he mentioned a hook and ladder. What an idiot.

Don’t know if anyone’s watching, but the girls were down 17 with 3:30 left in the 3rd quarter. They’ve tied it up, and going to OT.

Thank goodness we get a couple days of rest after those two games! Not sure my old ticker can take too much more of that!

Kermit the Frog to Deliver University of Maryland's 2025 Commencement Address

The University of Maryland announced today that Kermit the Frog will deliver the university's commencement address on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The beloved Muppet and legendary frog will address summer 2024, winter 2024 and spring 2025 graduates, family and friends during the ceremony at SECU Stadium.

After a sold-out visit to campus in fall 2024 as part of the College of Arts and Humanities Dean's Lecture Series, Kermit the Frog returns to the university from The Muppets Studio, part of the Magic of Disney, to share an inspiring message with this year's graduates.

Kermit the Frog's appearance honors the long history between UMD and Muppets creator Jim Henson, who graduated from UMD in 1960. Henson, a home economics major, invented Kermit by building the original frog puppet out of one of his mother's coats and a ping-pong ball cut in half.

Gotta find a new AD and Basketball coach...

I see a lot of speculation online with people saying Willard is going to leave. I honestly don't see why. He appears to love them team and his job. I don't think he is going to leave.

I didn't read much about what he said in his interview. From what I gather he just wanted the school to devote more resources towards the basketball program.

he's totally gone. Villanova has no real football team, so their NIL money is through the roof due to big name donors. Villanova was talking to Pitino, but now that he's gone to Xavier, that only leaves Willard.
