Chart makes sense, as I thought I read that RFK demoliton slated for completion in late 26.
Sort of happy that its not the final design. Again, the rendering looks like a cross between SoFi and Allegiant, more like the former. Those top level seats look really high, and Id like to see a design which minimizes the number of high-up seats (as much as you feasibly can in a 65k venue, while also taking into account affordability).

This would not be possible. The shore of the Anacostia is protected there and very shallow and inaccessible. There are a couple of of marinas not far down the Anacostia that could potentially be places to do such a thing but it’s probably 1/2 mile or farther.

I'll believe it if I see it.
I think that current STH's will be fucked and the only "affordable" PSL's will be up in the bleeds.
After years of sitting in the 200's, I do not want to end up back upstairs.
I'm still not seeing a statue of me anywhere.
I had hopes Harris and co. would finally right this egregious injustice that Snyder maintained for so many years but I guess the new guys are still a little short of perfection.
I'm still giving you time, new guys, but tick tick tick...

I think you do what the other firm did and just release your renderings into socials and let rubes think they are the official renderings.Warhead36 wrote: Tue Apr 29, 2025 10:04 amDoes anyone know if there is anyone we can contact about submitting architectural renderings for consideration for stadium design? I work in architecture and would love a shot at landing this job (its probably less than 1% as we're not a huge firm but worth a shot).
In any event, I think a good idea for a thread would be "what features do you want to see in the new stadium" and so I will start that topic.

I thought the courts ordered you to quit loitering around those stalls.
