TreVeyon is going to be one of the first players picked in the second round. No way we're getting him.

At 61, we're probably looking at that next tier of RB: Judkins, Sampson, Johnson, Tuten. I don't feel as great about this group of players, they all have important flaws IMO, and I'm not convinced any of them are better than Skattebo. I guess I would prefer Sampson from this group. I love his creativity and the way he paces his runs. But just doesn't have the acceleration or top gear that the other guys do, so it's kind of like why spend a second on that kind of back?

I'm sticking with the take that the only RB I really like for us in the second round is Henderson, and that he's not going to be there.
Same for me just Henderson. I wouldn't hate Kaleb at 61 and I think 50-50 he's there.

There are a bunch I really love after these guys but not sure they last to the late 4th. It would be great to pick up a late third or even an early 4th, it would help for this spot

Here's my personal rankings as for draft value. Not where they land but how I see them.

In that next tier I love Giddens, Skattebo. And just a little behind them: Harvey, Martinez, Sampson, Tuten.

My ranking rd
Hampton, 6'1. 226 1
T. Henderson, 5'10, 202 2
K. Johnson, 6', 225 2
DJ Giddens, 6'1, 212 3
Skattebo, 5 9, 219 3
Sampson, 5 '8, 200 3
Judkins 6', 221 3
D. Martinez 6' 232 3.5
RJ Harvey, 5'9, 208 3.5
B. Tuten, 5'11, 209 4
T. Etienne, 5 '9, 205 4
Jaydon Blue, 6' 200 4.5
D. Neal, 5 '11, 215 4.5
Tahj Brooks 5'10, 230 5
Brashard Smith, 5 '10, 196 5
K. Monangai, 5'9. 206 5
Woody Marks, 5'10, 208 5
O. Gordon, 6'2, 225 5
Jarquez Hunter, 5'9, 204 6
K. Mullings, 6 '2, 233 6
R. Sanders 6', 230 6
Croskey-Merritt, 5'11, 208 6
Lequint Allen 6' 201 6
Jordan James, 5 '10, 210 6
M. Johnson, 5'11, 216 6

I haven't really given Amos any thought before now, but he's got really good film. 13 PBUs in a season is fantastic. Really fast and coordinated hands. Super long arms. Good flexibility in his legs. Great reactive athleticism with a really nice looking transition from backpedal. Good speed. Sees the ball well from zone/off coverages, so he's not just a press man guy.

I preferred Xavier Watts, but I like this pick and he seems like big value pick at a premium position. This has been a really targeted approach to the draft. I think we get our RB at 120 and come out of this thing with a nice three starter class.

Amos was a great pick IMO.

RB is tempting now. Giddens, Skattebo, are my two favs. Followed by Tuten, Sampson, Martinez

At edge, they spent a lot of time with Kennard who is still on the board. Keim has mentioned him and Sawyer.

Keim and or visits seem to be good indicators of what they do. Amos was on that list on that front. When Keim took Hairson in the ESPN draft special he said it just as easily could have been Amos, he believes those are the two CBs they dig. They also spent multiple meetings with Amos. He was on the list I posted this week.

Looking at WR, I feel vindicated that Eric Ayomanor is still on the board. He was a hipster mock media draft darling. I never got that, If you are a WR, you need to at least major in catching the ball. I got he runs good routes and is a good pass blocker. But he has ways to go IMO, having said that I wouldn't hate it in the 4th considering his size-speed.

I love Lane. Feisty YAC guy and good punt returner.

But my guys here would by Horton and Thornton if I went WR.

Horton is a fairly polished route runner-deep threat. Thornton is raw but a freak, a poor man's Brian Thomas.

If it were me though I'd take one of the RBs if they land at our spot.

I've only watched Swinson's highlights, but blown away by him on that count, shocked he's still there.

Another dude they spent a lot of time with who is still there is Billy Bowman.

Billy Bowman is another dude they met with multiple times. Feisty coverage safety -- FS-nickle type. Ball hawk. A bit reckless as a tackler, misses tackles but intriguing.

Funny, last year going into the season I thought our WR corps was extremely thin. Now after drafting Lane, I think we are crazy deep. Someone is getting cut at the end of camp, I'm just not sure who. I still think Osborn can play.
