I didn't have to find that dude anywhere. Sheldon Whitehouse was the previous Chair of the Senate Budget committee and has been a US Senator for 18 + years. I'm sorry you've never heard of him.

The World Cup should pull out of the U.S. next year as most of the matchups are in the U. S. , though some are in Canada and Mexico.
Why should the non axis world come to the U.S.?
I’d like to move the 28/34 Olympics too but that won’t happen but the non axis countries should Boycott those Olympics and hold an alternate competition for their athletes.

Another good piece. He usually stayed a fair number of takes I find agreement with too.
Timely ironic in this piece he centers on the concept of "sh*t poster" (as one of trump's core manifestations) at this time in ExComms young existence.
This will be an even bumpier ride than last time, I hope democracy, flawed as it is, survives in recognizable form, and that both parties, flawed as they are, get healthier, more sane and honest, more grounded in facts and objective reality, and more reasonable and competent.

That, and I'm sure there's some other stuff they're doing that they don't want eyes on. So all the attention is on DOGE, where they want it because whatever else is going on is probably something they don't want eyes on.
