They need to take it a step further and use their political tactics as well. I want gerrymandering, election challenging, voter purging, refusing to appoint members, etc. I want everything on the table, at worst, it works for us. At the best, GOP takes it court, wins and the law gets changed to what it should be. We're never going to win with the way Dems fight...

I've been calling for this for some time as well. They also need to start using the Grand Oligarch's Party playbook on "neutral" policies that achieve certain objectives without calling it as such, e.g., school "choice" instead of resegregation. That said, DOGE and the current budget have/will accomplish some of my desired outcomes like punishing the hell out of rural 'Muricuh, so they're giving us a head start on that.
Unfortunately, my money says they do what they've always done, win elections, then do little or nothing to fix the underlying problems that allow the Republiklans to continue recreating the US in the image of the antebellum southern aristocratic system.
