Darius Slayton back to the Giants.

I guess we're drafting a WR.

Our offense is going to be unstoppable next season. WR and LT were the last two big puzzle pieces.
I’m not sold on Brian Robinson. Also don’t see Deebo as a prototypical WR2. Still have work to do before I consider this a good FA period.
We need a deep threat WR2 and a true #1 Back. I’m hoping they draft the back early, but with the trades we gotta move off 29 to recoup some picks… Deebo is more gadget guy than a route runner, almost should’ve paid Dyami, but not for 12M.

Still processing the Tunsil trade, stoked to have the offensive line solidified but bummed about the picks.. can’t have it all!

Makes me think Peters has an ace up his sleeve we don’t know about

Speaking of which, it’s so nice to not know what they are up to until it’s breaking news. No loose lips.

We need a major B-Rob replacement. He was horrendous after the Titans game last year. C-Rod is a better back. Right now, we are almost destined to trade down (if we can) to recoup lost draft capital.

Don't forget to check posts that are actually, properly, being put in the Around the League thread for trades that don't involve the Commanders! 😛😁 🤡💩

(not a big deal, we always had "spillage" in draft and trade threads on ES too where moves regarding other teams got mixed with trades involving commanders in their forum even when there was no connection, 🙂)

Report: Michael Gallup to visit Commanders on Tuesday

The Commanders are hosting wide receiver Michael Gallup on Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports.

Gallup, who is attempting a comeback after retiring last offseason, has familiarity with head coach Dan Quinn and some of the staff. Gallup and Quinn were in Dallas together.

The Raiders released Gallup from the reserve/retired list last week.

Gallup could be of value; he was still quite good at last sighting, but not great, and I'm assuming his cost would be minimal.

If the price is indeed low, and he hasn't deteriorated in his off time, his ability and veteran presence are a good fit with our existing players.
