Medrano is built more like a strong safety than a true linebacker, but he tested out as an elite athlete with outstanding speed and explosiveness. His 20.7% career missed tackle rate is in the 0th percentile. Play strength will always be a question, but Medrano can match up against tight ends in man coverage and will need to impact special teams.

There is a lot of DL talent going undrafted this year.

ELI Manning telling a NY Giants Ole MIss player ( I think that was Jackson Dart) that he won't have to tell him what a great organization the Giants are, you will find out soon enough.

Sounds like a compliment.... but maybe its not?

I did as longish post about him a couple of hours ago. Great pick.

I watched as much as I can find of him. Wasn't easy. He didn't have that many clips so i had to sit threw some New Mexico games on rewatch.

But he was a superstar with them. Among other things, he has breakaway speed, he can take it to the house unlike some of the backs we got. Good pass protector. Great athlete -- beat vertical in this group.

He took plenty of his runs in between the tackles so I think he fits the RO-RPO system.

He should overtake Robinson but will see.
