Or at least another glorious example of his constant use of "distraction" and "fluid the zone" tactics, which includes choosing matters that have even more significant levels of negative consequences this time around.

The endless glaring cognitive and character issues of the congressional gopers (and way too many of their voters) is discouraging to those of us who want to like our species.
