Scoreless 1st period

Started as a not a good start to the 2nd as they scored with 1min and change into the period. But at least the boys answered back with 2 back to back (McMichael and Storme).

Definitely sloppy passing and puck control for most of the 1st period. They came out in the 2nd ready to go, but haven't had a lot of lucky. They're more unlucky than anything else this game, Caps should be up by 6.

Caps are playing like the Habs have a power play. That's not sustainable for the last 9 minutes of the game without giving up a goal. They need to get back on the offensive.

At least Thompson is doing a hell of job. Some very incredible saves to boot.

Hell of a finish though. McMichael with an empty netter with .7 seconds left.

Empty netter just shy of the buzzer to seal the deal. Sweet!
