Coach Dan Quinn

When DQ was let go from his Falcons gig, he went on a quest to get better as a coach and as a person. He is completely driven by self improvement because he knows it'll make him a better leader.

I have to admit, I wasn't enthralled by the signing this past offseason...viewed him as a Cowboys castoff, the loser of the Super Bowl with the biggest lead...I was just not impressed.

Shows what I know. I think he's absolutely fantastic. I'm glad to have him, I hope we're looking at the next Reid/Mahomes combo.

I love this guy more than any coach of my lifetime outside of Gibbs. Dallas let us raid them of most of their best people.

Detroit was supposed to be the best coached team in the league and we absolutely out-coached them. Our Dan has a way better group of assistants working for him than Dan Campbell did, and he's got a more focused team. Quinn would never suffer a gump ass loser like Jameson Williams on this team. And the way that Gibbs and Amon-Ra and Williams were all clowning after making regular catches and first downs told me that Campbell doesn't have a focused locker room.

Dan Quinn is a top five head coach in the league. Just super thankful we got him and Jayden.

What I like about DQ and the coaching staff is that they make adjustments during the game and at half time. We haven't had a coaching staff that does that in a long time. If something wasn't working RR would just stand on the sideline with his arms crossed. JDR would keep with the same game plan that wasn't working.

I hope we can retain these guys for a while.
