I know everyone would like for our qb to be a success and everyone else not be as successful.
I actually kinda agree. I'm already spoiled by Daniels. Bad QB play is simply unwatchable.

Aaron says he still wants to play in 2025, even after Jets and him part ways. That is, if anyone wants him.
He said he would even mentor a young qb.

He should retire, he’s done.
Aaron Rogers mentoring young talent .... ?

I actually LOVE the sound of that!

it sounds like a work of art.

a true masterpiece for the ages <3

..... the only downside that i can think of.... its already been done.

Can Aaron Rogers top El Goya?

I keep thinking about all the debates we had on ES about drafting a QB high. I heard people claim you should build up your roster and then find your QB, a top pick will be ruined going to a bad team. LOL, how'd that work out for us?

Peyton, Aikman, Rivers, Luck, Burrow and more all went to bad teams, by definition if you are picking high you are bad team in nearly every instance. Finding a franchise QB with the 19th pick is nearly impossible. A grear roster with a QB who is not elite gives you the Niners, a team that is never good enough to win it all. Now the Eagles may buck this trend, but they would be an outlier. Been saying it for decades, the best way to turn your team around and become a long term contenders is to find a franchise QB. And we just saw it happen again here.

Rodgers has been told he’s being cut with June 1 designation.

So he’s a free agent. Can’t see to many teams having interest in him.

Kurt Cousins (@TrytheBeal😁👹, hurry and join up dude) hasn't had any communications with Atl. He's due a guaranteed 40 mil next year (I think that's what they said) and another 10 mil raise in 26 by the current deal.

One insider says saints will only keep carr if he cuts his salary. As in most years, saints are well over the cap next year.

Hubris is real. Someone will think he still has what it takes to get them right. It would be hilarious if it was the Giants.

I have a feeling the vet qb market will be active, especially if Rams trade or cut Stafford.

Maybe these older vets become bridge players.

a contender will have interest in him by week 2 of next season when their starting QB is injured.

(but he proved with the Jets that he is NOT a plug-and-play type of player. he needs reps to build rapport/trust with players routes and schemes)

Vet QB market depends on Matt Stafford??

Matt has two more years left but he wants more money. Rams want him back but don’t want to pay him the 50 million+ he wants. So, they gave him permission to seek a trade.

What happens with Matt, will dictate how the vet market shakes out. Giants have talk to him or his people. Tom Brady supposedly went skiing with him.

Think he has a bonus payment due before free agency starts.

Interesting what happens here.

Raiders and Giants have talked a 2 year deal with Matt and offering $90-100 million and guaranteed. Matt meets with Rams today.
