There has been a lot of discussion about Coach Dan Quinn and whether he should be named Coach of the Year.

I also feel Adam Peters should be in the discussion for Excecutive of the Year.

Last year, it was Brad Holmes of the Detroit Lions.

Considering the moves Peters has made to turn this team from a 4-13 laughingstock to a 12-5 serious playoff team in just one season, deserves recognition.
