Saw Accountant 2. Solid movie but the 1st one was better. Gets a solid B. Anna Kendrick is supposed to return in 3rd one.

The Towering Inferno. Haven't seen this one in probably 30 years. Star-studded cast and an edge of your seat thriller. Faye was such a baddie with them high cheek bones 😍.

I think this film contributed to my fear of elevators as a kid in the 80s.

Saw Mission Impossible 8: The Final Reckoning. Gets an B+. A good way to end, the over 20 year franchise. Could shave an hour from the 3 hour movie. Plenty of unnecessary extended action scenes.

That was a good movie.

I saw “In the Lost Lands” with Mila Jovovich and David Bautista. Just an average movie. Gets a C.

Also saw “Mickey 17”, another average movie where this guy is hired to be an expendable. He gets experimented on and dies and gets reprinted but the 17th version of Mickey doesn’t die. Gets a C.
Coincidentally I put the book this movie must have been adapted from in my hold list at the library yesterday. It’ll be interesting to see if it’s better than you thought the movie was. Thats assuming I get it in my lifetime. I’m 14th on the waitlist.
Mickey7 was a solid read. Haven't seen the movie but I quite enjoyed the book.
So I finally got around to watching the movie after listening to the audiobook. As expected, the book was much better. I’d give the movie a C-. They changed too much of the plot that made the book enjoyable and somewhat thought provoking. Granted, I’d give the book a B, but it’s still way better.

Saw Lilo and Stitch. I’d never seen the original cartoon; so can’t say how it compares to original cartoon.

It was pretty good. Looks like it will be #1 movie this weekend.

B+

MI8 was pretty good, solid way to end the series. Big Tom definitely made sure we saw them shoulders of his throughout 💪🏽
