Just a quick rundown of the website updates i have made

- Emails now work, so account recovery should be easier.
- Upgraded server; less crashing hopefully. So far so good!
- Added open links in new window by default
- Added @WildBunny 's "breaking news" to the front page of the website automatically.

As always let me know of additional concerns!

I updated the registration setting to use captcha v3 so hopefully that will cut down on bot registration…

Fwiw to all: I've been permanently deleting all spam or junk threads, even the ones other mods have just locked or "soft deleted."
