I haven’t tried a lot of those joints. I know they were reviewing fast food, but Korean fried chicken has ruined every other fried chicken for me. Intake is the worst part of therapy, imo.
After going through a couple, it's the "we have give the background that hurts me the most again?" That finally got to me again.
Do I need help? Sure.
Do I like repeating and reliving my trauma over and over again to better deal with it? No.
