Putting this here thinking it's Elon centric enough and I don't want just cram the "under trump 2.0" thread with a ton of stuff since do much could be posted there . If you'd rather something like this, which is related to a big part of Trump's admin, go there regardless lemme know O master.😁

It's stuff I think has been posted here before I diff articles, but it's a nice concise summary with more specificity on some aspects. 🤓

How much is Elon getting from taxpayers? A pretty tasty sum. More than twice as much as internet mods make!

Ignorant immigrant that doesn't understand our system of checks and balances:

Elon Musk Throws X Tantrum After Judges Defy President Trump’s Orders

Elon Musk has had it with judges blocking the Trump administration’s moves.

The billionaire face of DOGE called for the impeachment of judges in a meltdown on X Tuesday night, following a flurry of court orders blocking the government’s bids to freeze funding for foreign aid and federal grants, as well as stem refugee admissions.

“The only way to restore rule of the people in America is to impeach judges,” Musk wrote in one post. “No one is above the law, including judges.”

“If ANY judge ANYWHERE can block EVERY Presidential order EVERYWHERE, we do NOT have democracy, we have TYRANNY of the JUDICIARY,” he added in another.

Elon Musk complains about 'death threats' for trying to prevent US going 'bankrupt'

President Donald Trump called his Cabinet together on Wednesday morning, and he asked Elon Musk to discuss his work with DOGE, the Department of Government Efficiency.

An executive order established DOGE, which has taken a hatchet to government programs without any guidance or mandate from the United States Congress. The goal of the Trump administration's program is to cut $2 trillion, but it expects to cut at least $1 trillion.

"If this continues, the country will go — become de facto bankrupt," Musk said. It's not an optional thing. It is an essential thing. that's that's. The reason I'm here, and taking a lot of flack and getting a lot of death threats, by the way. I mean, like, stack them up, you know? But if we don't do this, America will go bankrupt."

As has been pointed out multiple times by multiple people, the reductions in force and small programs they are targeting are small potatoes in the scheme of government spending. If that's what they were really interested in they'd stop oil subisidies to profitable oil companies, reduced bloated defense spending, etc. But that's not what they're doing.

'Nazi-saluting' Elon Musk mocked in huge advert for Tesla's 'Swasticar'

Billionaire Elon Musk has been mocked in a huge advert displayed at a London bus stop re-branding Tesla.

Footage captured the anti-Tesla campaign which saw an advert removed at the shelter and replaced with an edited image of Musk. The poster appeared to show the SpaceX founder performing a Nazi salute. It read: “Goes From 0 to 1939 In 3 Seconds”.

Elon Musk says he's sending Starlink tech to FAA while saying, without evidence, that air safety is 'at risk'

Elon Musk said Thursday that he's sending his Starlink satellite internet terminals to the Federal Aviation Administration while saying, without providing evidence, that current technology poses a risk to air travel safety.

Dems are icing out Tesla lobbyists over Elon Musk’s Trump ties

Elon Musk is taking Washington by storm, but in statehouses controlled by Democrats on both coasts, his lobbyists are facing a frigid welcome.

Tesla’s ability to sell electric vehicles directly to consumers remains restricted in several states where the deeply entrenched franchise dealership model prevails. Musk’s company has lobbied to be allowed to set up its own sales locations in those states over the last few years — with only limited success.

In the past, blue state Democrats and environmental groups pushed for allowing Tesla and other electric vehicle makers to set up shop rather than requiring customers to buy online. They saw it as a no-cost measure to support higher EV sales and slash transportation emissions.

But Musk’s growing political clout and alignment with Republican President Donald Trump is making that a harder sell.

“You could not pay me to carry that bill now,” said New York state Sen. Pat Fahy, a Democrat from the Albany area who for several years sponsored legislation to allow direct sales. “I’m thoroughly disgusted with Elon Musk and everything he stands for.”
