I think what has happened with TicToc will happen with other companies. TicToc called the governments bluff and the government folded. I think we will see more companies attempting to do the same thing.

For example what if Microsoft decided to call the EUs bluff the privacy regulations and just said we are turning off all of our products in the eu? The EU would have to fold.
