Very happy for Terry and Frankie, both very well deserved.

The others are too but this is the first time these two are really getting national recognition.

3 of 4 second team all-pros were free agents. The FO got steals for undervalued guys that can still play and more importantly bought into the new vision early.

I don't see how AP doesn't get executive of the year at this point. I think PFT did their own awards and gave it to him, deservedly so.

I think COY and Exec of the Year have to go to Washington and Minnesota. Pick one to win Coach and one to win Executive. Voters probably don't want a EOY/COY/ROY sweep so O'Connell probably wins COY.
