Thought this would be a decent topic for some of our old-school guys who still listen to the radio in the morning on the way into work or on the drive home.

I do have one specific question, haven’t heard anything on it. Is Kevin Sheehan semi retired or something? It seems like his show on 980 is on about 50% of the time, or less, and I know these radio shows can be canceled without warning.

Sheehan is still on. His show airs regularly from 10-1. He's just on vacation at the moment.

I'd add for Sheehan even when he's off, he usually still does his podcasts.

He’s just seems to be off much more in the past 6 months. Like he’s circling the drain or something.

Not really. He's been pretty consistent from like last August till now. Typically regulars will take more vacation at this time of year since its a dead period with only one major local team in season at the moment and football in the full on dog days of the off season.

Yeah I assumed he was on typical radio host summer sports deadtime vacation.

Glad to hear he's okay.

That explains it. Good to hear he’s on the mend and back to his regular schedule.
